III-OD (Pronounced 3I-OD)
We have adopted a unique approach to diagnosing our clients' needs in order to develop innovative solutions. We refer this to as the "informed, involved, integrated and open diagnosis", or the III-OD (three I-OD) approach. It is an all-inclusive approach which views organizations as open systems, and essentially has the following features:

1. Involvement of key stakeholders in order to incorporate diverse perspectives;
2. An open dialogue with diverse groups in order to create a trustworthy environment; and
3. Analysis of the external environment in order to identify current and future trends, and patterns.

This approach generates an informed diagnosis, which blends multiple perspectives and leads to well-developed integrated solutions that are fresh, effective and easily implementable.


6P analysis
In order to manage complexities of interactions, and systems in organizations, at Orgknow we assemble an analysis of client organizations' 6Ps, i.e. philosophy, people, priorities, processes, performance, and places.

Our understanding of people refers to major organizational stakeholders, and includes ideas of commitment, perceptions, expectations and skills of employees, customers, and shareholders. Similarly by places, we refer to various locations, sites, departments and functions in an organization. This, in conjunction with existing processes helps us evaluate coordination, conflicts and communication mechanisms. Priorities guide us to the compelling objectives targeted by the organization, philosophy to the vision and mission of the organization. These lay out expectations of the leadership. Together, these facilitate a complete understanding of the context in which the organization operates. Additionally, this information is reviewed and evaluated at each step with an intense focus on performance.
